Has your concept of innovation evolved? If so, how? Are you focused on the cutting edge of tech and artificial intelligence, and exploring how they can be leveraged for the common good? Or do you find yourself looking back and reconnecting to practices and methodologies that need to be revised and looked at with a fresh perspective?

Can something be innovative as well as creative? Are the two connected? Must the two be connected? What are the words or phrases that your organization uses to describe those moments when you undertake something out of the ordinary?

How does innovation set your organization up to scale? Is your innovation story a catalyst for meaningful impact, enabling you to serve more people or support your community more deeply?
