Or do you find yourself looking back and reconnecting to practices and methodologies that need to be revised and looked at with a fresh perspective?

Can something be innovative as well as creative? Are the two connected?  Must the two be connected? What are the words or phrases that your organization uses to describe those moments when you undertake something out of the ordinary?

Where does innovation live? Can anyone at your organization play a part in your innovation story? Or are only certain people taking the lead on exploring new ideas?  Is innovation a shared resource in your team?
