The program was managed by the Center for Nonprofit Advancement in Washington. The Committee included 20+ volunteer leaders from diverse professional backgrounds. The process comprised a open invitation Part 1, an invitation-only Part 2, as well as site visits to finalist organizations.

Team DC - Night OUT at the Nationals (2014-2019)
Served on the coordinating committee for one of the nation's largest LGBT sports fan event, brining nearly 4,000 community members to a Washington Nationals baseball game. Specific duties included coordinating with corporate partner representatives who brought large delegations of employees to the games.
Episcopal Diocese of Washington
Served as the Chair of the Commission on Stewardship in the early 2000s. Providing counseling and training to parishes to help them strengthen their stewardship programs. Helped to coordinate an annual Stewardship Conference for parishes, featuring guest speakers and experts.
